Processes
This plan was made up by a group of PM's after some discussion on
how to create a good topic for practice sessions. The theme is bloods but we feel this could be applied to almost any process within your practice.
Bloods
Facilitator: Practice Manager
- Outcomes –
whole team discuss what you want to get out of session (15 mins)
- Reduce workload
for doctors/admin

mapped process for all to work with

Current Processes – small groups of 4-6 people (30mins)
- Map process
with post-it notes as it works at present and then bring together creating flowchart
- Identify Risk
Areas (pitfalls) – one group – get everyone to put up 3 ideas each of an area in the process they think is a problem (30 mins)
